3. Make it stick
Circulation PT

Circulation PT is responsible for the awakening and connecting stages.
The goal is to revive weakened function and bring you back to daily life.

What Does Circulation PT Consist Of?

1:1 Customized Treatment

The therapist releases stiff fascia and joints by hand.

  • Myofascial release
  • Joint mobilization
  • Soft tissue techniques
  • Trigger point release

Movement Correction

We find faulty movement patterns and correct them properly.

  • Posture analysis
  • Movement assessment
  • Gait correction
  • Movement re-education

Equipment Therapy

We promote tissue recovery with advanced equipment.

  • Extracorporeal shockwave
  • High-frequency therapy
  • Laser therapy
  • Electrical stimulation

Awakening Stage: Reviving Function

Muscles you stop using because of pain become weak and atrophied. Simply reducing the pain leads to recurrence.

What We Do in the Awakening Stage

  • Strengthening weakened muscles. The rotator cuff after frozen shoulder, the core muscles after back pain
  • Releasing shortened muscles. The front muscles in forward head posture, the iliopsoas in pelvic imbalance
  • Restoring joint range of motion. Stiff shoulders, rigid lower backs
  • Proprioceptive training. Reviving your sense of body position

Why Eccentric Exercise Matters

Eccentric exercise is effective for tendon injuries such as tennis elbow and Achilles tendinitis. The muscle exerts force as it lengthens, which promotes tendon regeneration.

The therapist teaches you the correct technique in person.

How Manual Therapy Switches On the Lymphatic Pump

The lymphatic system has no central pump that beats on its own like the heart. It relies on the force generated as muscles contract and relax.

When pain is severe, the fascia stiffens and movement decreases, and lymph flow nearly stops. That is why inflammatory substances build up between tissues and pain becomes entrenched.

With Pain Stiff fascia · adhesions Lymph vessels compressed Lymph flow stagnant Manual Therapy Fascial release · muscle activation After Manual Therapy Fascia released · separated Lymph vessels open Lymph flow restored

Fascial release → lymph vessels open

When stiff fascia is loosened with manual therapy, the compressed lymph vessels open again. This creates a channel for inflammatory substances to drain away.

Muscle contraction & relaxation → lymph flow

When the therapist guides the muscles to move rhythmically, lymph is pushed upward. This is why walking and deep breathing are an extension of the treatment.

When Circulation HD (hydrodissection) first opens the blocked structures and Circulation PT then revives the lymphatic pump, drainage becomes more efficient. This is the principle behind the Circulation Combo.

Connecting Stage: Return to Daily Life

Many people feel better in the treatment room but hurt again once they get home. If you do not change your everyday patterns, the pain returns.

AI Gait Analysis, Connecting Stage

The heart of the connecting stage is how you walk.

You take thousands of steps a day. When a faulty gait repeats, pain is bound to come back.

Daily Life & Sports Return Correction

Job-Specific Correction

  • Office workers. Monitor height, chair posture, mouse position
  • Service workers. Standing posture, how to lift objects
  • Drivers. Seat angle, steering wheel position, rest intervals
  • Homemakers. Cleaning, cooking, and laundry movements

Sports Return

  • Golf. Swing form, grip correction
  • Tennis/badminton. Racket motion, serve posture
  • Running. Gait pattern, landing technique
  • Weight training. Lifting posture, load adjustment

More Effective Together with Circulation HD

Circulation PT Alone?

  • If adhesions are severe, the treatment effect is limited
  • Pain makes it hard to raise exercise intensity
  • Recovery is slow

Circulation HD + PT (Combo)

  • HD releases adhesions, maximizing the PT effect
  • Less pain → active exercise becomes possible
  • The 3-stage circulation is completed → recurrence is prevented

The Circulation Combo (HD + PT) is the most effective way to fully realize the 3-stage circulation.

How Circulation PT Works

  1. Initial Assessment (30-40 minutes)
Movement analysis, strength and flexibility testing, and identifying your pain pattern. We build an individualized treatment plan.
  2. 1:1 Treatment Session (20-50 minutes)
The therapist treats you by hand and guides customized exercises. Equipment therapy can be added.
  3. Home Routine
You learn a routine you can do at home and practice it until the next session.
  4. Reassessment and Adjustment
We review your progress every 4-6 sessions and adjust the treatment plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many sessions do I need?

It depends on your condition. Acute problems usually take about 4-6 sessions, while chronic problems take about 8-12. After the initial assessment, we’ll let you know the expected number of sessions.

How often should I come in?

At first, 1-2 times a week, then once a week as you improve. After that, we recommend a maintenance visit once or twice a month.

Does it hurt?

You may feel some soreness, but this is not treatment you have to grit your teeth through. The therapist adjusts the intensity by watching how you respond.

Do I have to exercise at home?

Yes, the home routine matters. You only spend an hour or two a week in the treatment room, and the rest of the time is at home. We’ll give you a simple routine you can actually keep up.
