The goal is to revive weakened function and return to daily life.
What Does Circulation PT Consist Of?
1:1 Customized Treatment
Therapist directly releases stiff fascia and joints by hand.
- Myofascial release
- Joint mobilization
- Soft tissue techniques
- Trigger point release
Movement Correction
Find and properly correct faulty movement patterns.
- Posture analysis
- Movement assessment
- Gait correction
- Movement re-education
Equipment Therapy
Promote tissue recovery with advanced equipment.
- Extracorporeal shockwave
- High-frequency therapy
- Laser therapy
- Electrical stimulation
Activate Stage: Reviving Function
Muscles not used due to pain become weakened and atrophied. Simply reducing pain alone leads to recurrence.
What We Do in Activate Stage
- Strengthen weakened muscles — Rotator cuff after frozen shoulder, core muscles after back pain
- Release shortened muscles — Front muscles in forward head posture, iliopsoas in pelvic imbalance
- Restore joint range of motion — Stiff shoulders, rigid lower back
- Proprioceptive training — Reviving body position sense
Why Eccentric Exercise Is Important
Eccentric exercise is effective for tendon injuries (tennis elbow, Achilles tendinitis, etc.). Exercise where muscles exert force while lengthening promotes tendon regeneration.
Therapist directly teaches you the correct method.
Integrate Stage: Return to Daily Life
Many people improve in the treatment room but hurt again at home. Without changing daily patterns, recurrence happens.
AI Gait Analysis — Integrate Stage
The core of Integrate stage is walking posture.
We walk thousands of steps daily. If faulty gait repeats, pain will inevitably recur.
AI Precision Analysis
Analyze gait patterns
with objective metrics

More Effective Combined with Circulation HD
PT Only?
- If adhesions are severe, treatment effect is limited
- Difficult to increase exercise intensity due to pain
- Slow recovery speed
HD + PT (Combo)
- HD releases adhesions to maximize PT effect
- Pain reduction → active exercise possible
- Complete 3-stage circulation → prevent recurrence
Circulation Combo (HD + PT) is the most effective way to fully implement the 3-stage circulation.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many sessions do I need?
It depends on your condition. Acute problems typically 4-6 sessions, chronic problems 8-12 sessions. We’ll inform you of estimated session count after initial assessment.
How often should I receive treatment?
Initially 2-3 times per week, reducing to once per week as condition improves. Afterward we recommend monthly 1-2 times for maintenance.
Doesn’t it hurt?
Some soreness is possible, but it’s not a treatment you endure in pain. Therapist adjusts intensity based on your response.
Do I need to exercise at home?
Yes, home routine is important. You spend 1-2 hours per week in the treatment room, but the rest of the time at home. We’ll guide you with simple, achievable routines.
