Our Philosophy

Our Philosophy

Before pain arrives, your body has already changed

“Our goal isn’t to fix you when you hurt. It’s to help you live without pain.”

Pain is a signal your body sends. By the time that signal goes off, your body has already changed. We notice that change first, and we step in first.

Our 3 Principles of Treatment

1

Accurate diagnosis comes first

Pain in the same area can have different causes. A sore shoulder isn’t always frozen shoulder, and tingling hands aren’t always carpal tunnel syndrome.

Through a detailed history and physical examination, we find the exact cause. When needed, we refer you for further tests (MRI, nerve conduction study). Treatment is only effective when the diagnosis is right.

2

The patient needs to understand

Why it hurts, how we treat it, why this treatment is needed. If you don’t understand, the treatment works less well.

We explain using diagrams and models. During an HD procedure, we show you the ultrasound screen together so you can see where the problem is. Ask us anything, anytime.

3

We aim for complete treatment

An injection and you’re done, physical therapy and you’re done. That kind of treatment comes back. We don’t stop at simply easing the pain.

Our 3-step circulation therapy moves from calming symptoms to restoring function and applying movement in daily life. The goal is to support self-management and reduce recurrence risk.

4

Maintenance completes the treatment

The pain going away doesn’t mean treatment is over. If your body slips back into its old patterns, the pain comes back too.

We keep tracking the changes in your body even after treatment ends. We want to be the first place that comes to mind when you think, “something’s felt a little off lately.”

What We Don’t Do

Unnecessary procedures

We don’t recommend a procedure when one isn’t needed. If physical therapy and movement correction are enough, we start there.

Steroids by default

We don’t rely on steroid injections. In many cases, pain can be managed without steroids at all.

Unrealistic promises

We don’t say things like “cured in one visit” or “guaranteed results.” We tell you honestly what to expect.

Treatment without explanation

We don’t proceed without explaining why a treatment is needed. We treat only after you understand and agree.

The Philosophy of Circulation Therapy

Circulation therapy isn’t simply a treatment technique. It’s a way of looking at pain.

Pain is a problem of “circulation”

Blood flow, lymphatic flow, nerve signals, the contraction and relaxation of muscles… our body circulates without stopping. When something gets blocked, pain appears. Restore the circulation, and the pain eases.

Treatment, too, is completed through “circulation”

Calm it down, wake it up, connect it, then calm it down again. Treatment doesn’t finish in one go. It gets better, then worse, then better again, improving little by little. We walk through this cycle with you.

Daily life and treatment “circulate” together

If you get better in the treatment room but worse again in daily life, it means nothing. So that recovery continues in your everyday life, we correct your posture and movement.

What We Ask of You

  • Tell us honestly about your symptoms. We need to know exactly where, when, and how it hurts.
  • Ask us your questions. If you don’t understand, the treatment works less well.
  • Stick with your home program. The time outside the treatment room matters more.
  • Don’t stop partway. Even when the pain eases, full recovery takes time.
  • Listen to your body’s signals. If it hurts, don’t push through it.

Treatment isn’t the medical team’s job alone. It works when we do it together.

Shall we find the cause of your pain together?

We promise honest care and complete treatment.
