Circulation HD

Circulation HD

Hydrodissection — ultrasound-guided precision procedure

We free the adhesions and pressure that trigger pain while watching everything on ultrasound. Using only ringer solution, we open space around nerves and fascia to improve blood flow and natural healing.

Role in the 3-stage system

1. Downshift

2. Activate

3. Integrate
Return to daily life

Circulation HD handles the Downshift stage—calming sensitive nerves and freeing stiff tissue.

What is hydrodissection?

Hydro (water) + dissection (separation)—using fluid to separate stuck tissues.

Under real-time ultrasound, we inject ringer solution around nerves or fascia to:

  • Physically separate compressed or adhered tissue
  • Create space around nerves
  • Improve blood flow for oxygen and nutrients
  • Wash out inflammatory irritants

How it differs from steroid injections

  • Steroids: suppress inflammation but can weaken tissue
  • Hydrodissection: mechanical separation with no tissue damage

Circulation HD creates space without weakening the area.

When Circulation HD helps

Neck/Back/Spine

  • Cervical or lumbar disc pain
  • Sciatica
  • Spinal stenosis

Shoulder/Arm/Hand

  • Frozen Shoulder
  • Rotator cuff problems
  • Tennis/Golfer’s elbow
  • Carpal tunnel syndrome

Fascia/Other

  • Myofascial pain syndrome
  • Thoracic outlet syndrome
  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Post-surgical adhesions

How the procedure works

  1. Ultrasound assessment
Identify the exact problem area in nerves, tendons, and fascia.
  2. Precise injection
Guide the needle under ultrasound and inject ringer solution while watching tissue separate.
  3. Optional add-ons
PDRN (salmon DNA) can be added to promote healing when needed.
  4. Aftercare
You can return to daily activity immediately. Avoid intense exercise that day and move into Circulation PT as planned.

Procedure time: 10–20 minutes per area

Discomfort: similar to a typical injection

Return to activity: same day

After Circulation HD

HD is the calming stage. Once pain decreases, move to the Activate stage (Circulation PT).

If you only do HD

  • Pain decreases, but weak muscles/posture stay the same
  • Repeating the same motions can recreate adhesions
  • Higher chance of recurrence

HD + PT (Combo)

  • HD creates space + PT strengthens and corrects movement
  • Prevents new adhesions by improving control
  • Completes all 3 stages to prevent recurrence

Frequently asked

Does it hurt?

Most feel only a pinch. If the area is very inflamed, you may feel temporary stinging or pressure that settles quickly.

How many sessions will I need?

Depends on severity—mild cases 1–2 sessions, chronic cases 3–5 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart. Combining PT often reduces the total.

When will I feel improvement?

Many feel easier movement right after treatment. Tissue healing continues over 2–4 weeks.

Side effects?

We use ringer solution, so side effects are rare. Temporary soreness or bruising can occur and fades in a few days.

We’ll pinpoint the cause and release it
