Neck Pain with Dizziness
Neck pain plus dizziness can stem from facet joint irritation, tense upper cervical muscles, or nerve compression. Less often, inner ear causes overlap—get evaluated if symptoms are persistent.
Common reasons
- Upper neck joints irritated (cervicogenic dizziness)
- Overactive suboccipital muscles from forward head posture
- Nerve or blood flow irritation at the thoracic outlet
- Inner ear issues (rule out if spinning sensation is strong)
When to see a doctor
- Spinning vertigo, hearing loss, or severe imbalance
- Arm numbness or weakness along with dizziness
- Persistent symptoms not relieved by posture breaks
We assess neck joints, muscles, nerves, and screen for inner ear red flags. Ultrasound and movement tests guide treatment.
How we treat
- Circulation HD if nerve or fascial entrapment is present.
- Circulation PT for posture correction, deep neck flexor activation, and thoracic mobility.
- Breathing and balance drills to calm overactive neck muscles.
