Circulation HD

Hydro-Dissection — Ultrasound-Guided Precision Procedure

Precisely releases adhesions and compression causing pain under ultrasound visualization. Without steroids, creates space around nerves and fascia to improve blood flow and support natural healing.

Circulation HD handles the Downshift stage.
The goal is to calm hypersensitive nerves and release stiff tissues.

What Is Hydro-Dissection?

Hydro (water) + Dissection (separation) — A technique that separates tissues using the power of water.

Under real-time ultrasound imaging, saline solution is injected around nerves or fascia to:

  • Physically separate compressed or adhered tissues
  • Create space around nerves
  • Improve blood flow to supply oxygen and nutrients
  • Dilute and flush out inflammatory substances

Difference from Steroid Injections

  • Steroids: Suppress inflammation, but may weaken tissues
  • Hydro-Dissection: Physical separation, no tissue damage

Circulation HD creates space without weakening tissues.

When Circulation HD Is Effective

Neck/Back/Spine

  • Cervical disc
  • Lumbar disc
  • Sciatica
  • Spinal stenosis

Shoulder/Arm/Hand

  • Frozen shoulder
  • Rotator cuff tear
  • Tennis/golf elbow
  • Carpal tunnel syndrome

Fascia/Other

  • Myofascial pain syndrome
  • Thoracic outlet syndrome
  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Post-surgical adhesions

Procedure Process

  1. Ultrasound Assessment
Before the procedure, ultrasound precisely identifies the problem area. View the condition of nerves, tendons, and fascia in real-time.
  2. Precision Injection
While viewing ultrasound images, place needle tip at exact location and inject saline solution. Confirm tissue separation in real-time.
  3. Additional Medication (If Needed)
Depending on the situation, PDRN (salmon DNA injection) may be co-injected to promote tissue regeneration.
  4. Post-Procedure Guidance
Normal daily activities possible immediately. Avoid strenuous exercise on the day of procedure. Receive schedule for Circulation PT.

Procedure Time: 10-20 minutes per site

Pain: Similar to regular injection level

Return to Daily Life: Immediate

After Circulation HD?

Circulation HD is the Downshift stage. After pain decreases, you need to move to the Activate stage (Circulation PT).

HD Only?

  • Pain decreases, but root causes (weak muscles, bad posture) remain
  • Repeating same movements may cause adhesions again
  • High recurrence possibility

HD + PT (Combo)

  • HD creates space + PT strengthens muscles
  • Corrects movement to prevent adhesions
  • Completes 3-stage circulation to prevent recurrence

Frequently Asked Questions

Doesn’t it hurt?

Normally you should only feel a slight sting, but if there is significant swelling, you may experience stinging, soreness, or burning sensations. The worse the condition, the more intense the pain may feel.

How many treatments do I need?

It depends on your condition. For mild cases, 1-2 sessions; for chronic cases, about 3-5 sessions, performed at 2-4 week intervals. Combining with Circulation PT can reduce the number of sessions needed.

When do effects appear?

Many people feel easier movement right after the procedure. However, tissue regeneration takes time, so improvement occurs gradually over 2-4 weeks.

Are there side effects?

Since saline solution is used, there are almost no side effects. Temporary soreness or bruising at the procedure site may occur but disappears within a few days.
