What Your Visit Looks Like
A consultation in English and a doctor’s exam, then a clear plan.
If the doctor recommends treatment, it starts right then.
Calming the Pain
Steroid-free, saline-based injections to release the tissue that’s locked up and hurting.
Fixing What Caused It
Acute pain usually traces back to how you move. One-on-one PT and movement correction work on the pattern, so you’re not back here next month.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I really be seen today?
Same-day appointments are available. Book online to check today’s open slots, or walk in until 30 minutes before closing.
What should I do for the pain until my visit?
Keep moving gently, whatever feels tolerable, and put a warm compress on the painful area or take a warm shower. Try not to stay in one position too long.
When is back or neck pain an emergency?
Go to an emergency department instead if you have loss of bladder or bowel control, rapidly worsening weakness or numbness in a limb, or pain with fever. Those need emergency evaluation, not an outpatient clinic.
How much will it cost?
Prices are listed on our pricing page. Pay per visit, international cards accepted.
