Sports Injury Treatment for Expats in Seoul
Consultations in English, and a plan built around getting you back to training
An elbow, a knee, your lower back.
Something’s been hurting for weeks.
Rest settles it, but the first session back at training wakes it right up.
That cycle usually means the load is landing somewhere it shouldn’t, and rest alone won’t change that.

Why It Keeps Coming Back
Treating the sore spot is the easy part.
We also look for the movement pattern that keeps overloading it.
Assess
A consultation and exam first, then gait analysis over your next few visits to see where the load actually goes.
Treat
Steroid-free saline-based injections to calm the overloaded tissue.
Rebuild
One-on-one PT and movement correction, so training stops feeding the same sore spot.
We typically review how you’re responding after 3 to 4 visits.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I keep training while I’m being treated?
Often you can, with a few changes. We’d rather adjust your training than shut it all down. What to change and what to pause depends on the injury, and that’s part of the plan you leave with. There’s more in should I push through training pain?
Do I need an MRI first?
No. If you already have imaging, bring it. If not, we start with a consultation and exam, then discuss whether imaging would change the plan.
I have a race or competition coming up. Can you help?
Yes. Pre-race pain is a common reason athletes visit us. Tell us the date and we build the plan around it. See pain before a HYROX race.
How much does treatment cost?
Prices are listed on our pricing page. Pay per visit, no packages, international cards accepted.
